Our feasibility services are based on RIBA Stages 0 ( Strategic Definition) and 1 (Preparation and Brief) but are tailored to suit each client and their projects individual requirements.
This will include looking at the client's initial brief, project outcomes, budget and undertaking feasibility studies with a review of site constraints etc.
This stage would also include any Pre-application advice applications with the Local Authority.
Our Planning services are based on RIBA Stages (Concept Design) and 3 (Developed Design) but like the Feasibility stage are tailored to suit each client and their projects individual requirements.
We are experienced in producing, submitting and managing all types of planning applications and deal regularly with Listed Buildings, Conservation Areas and rural locations.
Our Building Regulations services are based on RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design).
We are experienced in producing Building Regulations packages for projects from small scale extensions / internal alterations to large scale new build projects such as multiple housing schemes, apartments, education and Listed Buildings, etc.
Our Detailed Design services are based on RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design). At this stage we can take a project with Building Control approval and develop the design to produce working drawings which can be used by contractors to price works and construct the project. We can also produce all other tender documents such as Schedules of Work (NBS or bespoke), forms of Tenders, contract preparation etc.
We are experienced in managing the tender process through from issuing the documents to contractors to appointing a contractor to begin works.
Our Post Contract services are based on RIBA Stage 5 (Construction), 6 (Handover and Close Out and 7 (In Use). We are experienced in performing a number of different roles during the Post Contract stage such as, Contract Administrator, Employers Act etc.
