Grenham Lodge was a single dwelling with large open space to the rear.

Urban were tasked with feasibility designs, creating various options for the number of houses possible onsite.

The finish design proposes for the construction of 16 no. residential buildings, comprising of 3 and 4 bed dwellings. The new design of the development uses similar materials to the existing dwelling, allowing the proposed to blend into the existing.
