Plot 3 at Linden Avenue in Broadstairs is a 3 bedroom chalet bungalow, only a stones throw from the nearby Viking Bay beach.

The main constraint of the site was its size, making it difficult to maximise the both internal and external spaces. This was resolved by orentating the proposal to allow for parking spaces away from the busy roads of Broadstairs, whilst still providing a rear garden space.
